OUR CENTER

Our recently refurbished nursing and rehabilitation center offers short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents. Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.

We have received the American Health Care Association’s Bronze – Commitment to Quality award, My InnerView’s Excellence in Action award and our center was named among the nation’s best nursing homes by U.S. News and World Report. Our center has received deficiency-free surveys for the past four years and we hold a Five-Star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
